how do I zoom in on Logic??

I want to zoom in, I open window, click zoom, nothing happens!!

it says there is a keyboard shortcut some kind of upwards arrow symbol (where is this?) cmd M

please can some one help?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

Thank you.

Though this does not tell me how to zoom in to the mixer, the most important area! I need the mixer faders bigger.

it has the option in Window, but I can't find out where that little pointing up arrow is?? where is it!?
